SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. SHIPPING
Card orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, first class through Royal Mail.
We expect 90% of UK card orders to arrive within 1 working day, however, it may take up to 3 working days to arrive, particularly during peak periods.
1.1 DELIVERY - UK
Standard delivery is free and can take up to 2-4 working days from dispatch, although 90% of orders arrive within 1 business day.
1.2 SIGNED FOR DELIVERY
First class signed for delivery is £2.50 and can take 1-2 working days from dispatch.
1.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard international postage (shipping anywhere outside of the UK) costs £2.00. Delivery will vary depending on the destination but please see below for approximate timescales (again this can vary, especially during peak periods).
Orders to Europe: 5-7 business days from dispatch
Rest of the World: 10 business days from dispatch
We use Royal Mail's reliable delivery service for both UK and International postage.
2. RETURNS POLICY
2.1 RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND COST OF RETURN
If the products have been delivered, then you must return the products to us in accordance with the following arrangements. Return of the products includes all packaging, contents, documents, and other items supplied with or as part of the products, including any free gifts.
2.1.1 RETURN DEADLINE
You must return the products to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to cancel, if you are unhappy with the products you have received or you would like to replace an incorrect item received.
Please contact us before returning the items and we'll be happy to assist.
2.1.2 RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY YOU

3.1.3 COST OF RETURNING PRODUCTS
You must bear the direct cost of returning the products to us for products retuned on the basis you wish to cancel or you are unhappy with the product.
We will bare the costs if we are at fault; "Fault" means we have sent you an incorrect item, the item you received is faulty or it does not match the description (and we have not informed you of the differences in the product design or description).
3.1.4 RISK, PRODUCT INSURANCE AND PROOF OF RETURN
The products are at your risk until they have been returned to us, and accordingly we recommend that you insure the products accordingly and provide us with a proof of postage on items that are being returned.
3.1.5 CONDITION OF PRODUCTS RETURNED
If you handle the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products then you are obliged to pay to us the amount by which the value of the products has been diminished as a result, up to, but no more than, the original price of the products. This includes if you return the products with damage that was not present on delivery, or missing anything that was present on delivery. You agree to pay such amount on demand, and you agree that that we may deduct such amount from any refund which we are obliged to make to you. If you bought the products as a set the must be returned in the same.
4. LEGAL STATUS
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have 7 working days to cancel your order. In this case we will issue you with a refund of the cost of the order, we will not refund the cost of postage where the order has already been dispatched.
If the order has already been sent you must return the order, unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging at your own cost. If the the product is damaged or faulty upon receiving we will bear the postage costs. All returns must arrive back with us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) unless otherwise agreed.
5. BACKORDERS
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified. If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and return your payment.
